General Instruction:
-
The name list of participants should be endorsed by The respective Principal/Dean in the Institutional letter heads.
-
Hard copy of the event wise Participants list should be brought to the registration desk.
-
Official Identity card is mandatory for all the participants.
-
Participants should report at the registration desk by 7.30 am on 05/07/2024.
-
The Entry Form should be brought at the time of reporting at Registration desk.
-
On spot registration is not allowed. Registration Fee is Rs.200, and for Online events is Rs.100, respectively. No Registration Fee for Paper Presentation (Separate Registration Fee only for Selected Papers).

The registered participants should report at the respective venue for all the events at the appropriate time or else they will be disqualified.

During the reporting time, registration number will be provided to the Participants. Participants will be called based on their registration number.

Participants who have registered for their events can also take part in the workshop and others can register for Workshop alone separately.

The winners list will be finalized only by the judges. The decision of the jury will be final.
-
The OVERALL CHAMPIONSHIP of AGRONOVA 2K24 will be decided based on cumulative points scored by the colleges.

Usage of electronic gadgets during the events is strictly prohibited. (Laptops will be allowed only if needed for the event).

Laptops should be brought by the participants themselves.

Participants must take care of their own belongings.

In case of any misbehavior/malpractices in any event, the team / participant will be disqualified.

Inflammable, glass wares and sharp objects should not be used for any events.
-
Only Under Graduate students are allowed to participate for all events.
-
Only One Entry per College per Event.
-
One participant can participate only in one event(Exception for Online Events). Registration ends by 25.06.2024.

Food (BREAKFAST and LUNCH for both the Days) and accommodation will be provided.

Tentative Agenda will be posted in the website 2 days before the events.

Organizers will strictly adhere to the given rules accordingly.

Entries for Online Events should be submitted to agronova2k24@gmail.com with Name, Year, Department, College & Contact No. of the Participant.
